Project recommendations:

We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG , .PDF.
We do not accept Word documents, Publisher files, Excel files, PrintShop files or PowerPoint files.

 

Resolution:

Files format at 300, 350 dpi (dot per inch) or higher is recommended for all projects. This will allow to obtain the best quality print.

Print images need to be created at 300, 350 dpi otherwise there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

 

Color mode:

All color artworks and images need to be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artworks and images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

 

Bleed:

Please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.1" dimension for business cards and postcards. Add 0.125" for all other products.

 

We review each file we receive. If we find any problems with the file(s) we will contact you.
